All Digital Workflow
Striving to be on the cutting edge of digital technology, we only offer direct-to-plate capabilities, eliminating the cost and time of producing film. Using our Kodak/Creo PDF workflow, your file can be sent directly to our proofing system, and then, once you have approved your proof, we will use that exact PDF file to produce plates that will go directly onto the press. This advanced workflow will give you confidence that what you have approved for printing from your proof is what will be produced on press.We accept only digital files. These files are then prepared to run through our Kodak Prinergy workflow by our pre-press professionals—all who have many years of experience. All native digital files must include the native file, fonts, links/images, and a true mock-up so that we can be sure to produce exactly what you are expecting. We work on both Macintosh and Windows platforms and strive to keep your file in the same format that you originally used. Therefore, we do not provide font substitution. Fonts must be provided with all files to ensure the integrity of your job.
Of course we welcome press-ready PDF files! However, the files must be created correctly or we will be unable to use them in our workflow, which will only cause a delay in the production of your job. We welcome questions on how you can correctly produce a pdf file so that it will work with our workflow. Please contact your account representative or the pre-press department before creating your pdf files if you have any questions.
Proofing
We offer the Kodak Matchprint Inkjet proof. This latest generation of Matchprint offers accurate, repeatable and verifiable color along with Pantone certification.
Plating
We have a fully automatic platesetter production line with integrated press punches. We are able to produce 20 to 45 plates per hour completely unattended. This level of productivity allows us to keep your project on schedule.
File Transfer
We can accept your files traditionally on disk or you may utilize our ftp server. Please contact your account representative so that we may set up your own personalized directory that only you will have access to, giving you complete confidence that no one else can use your files.

- Kodak Matchprint Inkjet Proofing System with two HP Z2100 proof engines with integrated EyeOne spectrophotometers for automated calibration and verification.
- Techsage SpinJet 1050 double-sided proofer for imposition proofing.
- Several Macintosh and Windows workstations running all the latest applications.
