Quality First
As we have grown, we have committed to using the best presses to produce high quality printed materials. Our operators apply many years of printing craftsmanship to ensure the best product from our presses.

To ensure that your project is printed in a timely manner, we staff our presses around the clock during the week and weekends. This helps us at Horizon keep up with the ever increasing demand for quicker turnaround times on print projects.

As of October 2006, we installed a new 6-color press with full UV printing capabilities. This is the very first installation of its kind in Central Texas. This press can handle the most demanding printing, including heavy-weight board and non-pulp derived media.

We also use environmentally friendly no-VOC inks and FSC certified recycled paper.
  • Mitsubishi Diamond 3000LX, 6-color with aqueous coater and UV capabilities, 28” x 40” sheet size.
  • Heidelberg 74 CD+L, 5-color with aqueous coater, 23 1/2” x 29” sheet size.
  • Heidelberg Print Master 52, 2-color, 14” x 20” sheet size.




About UV

UV represents the richest and most vibrant colors possible and provides a sparkling gloss. Additionally, UV opens up a whole new world of substrates, from plastics to foil, specialty grades and board. Horizon is the only commercial printer in central Texas to have UV in-house.
